Objective

Tasked with transforming ABM’s image beyond “just a janitorial company,” we strategically communicated and showcased their comprehensive, integrated facility services. Our goal was to position ABM as a holistic solution provider for facility owners and managers, while humanizing the brand to foster long-lasting, profitable relationships with both current and future customers.

Solution

Inspired by schematics and technical drawings, which Facility Managers are intimately familiar with, we crafted a campaign called “Complete Building Care”. An all encompassing message, flexible enough to communicate the full scope of ABM’s services.

Propelled beyond its traditional, distant B2B persona, Complete Building Care took advantage of high-conversion landing pages, eight industry-specific eBooks, hundreds of personalized CRM emails, and thousands of paid media placements.
